We DO NOT accept any product returns to our mailing address.

What payment options are available?

We accept purchase payments in cash only upon delivery. This allows us to provide a sustainable delivery service which adheres to our mindful values.

What is your policy on exchanges & refunds?

We are happy to provide refunds within 30 days of receipt of the product, however we do not offer any exchanges.

Which areas do your delivery services cover?

We deliver to our local Bournemouth and Poole, DORSET areas only.

Our deliveries are included with each purchase at no extra cost, and we also offer free return collections direct from the customers address.
