We deliver to our local Bournemouth and Poole, DORSET areas. Our deliveries are included with each purchase at no extra cost and we accept purchase payments in cash only upon delivery. This allows us to provide a sustainable delivery service which adheres to our mindful values.

Customers can select an available delivery date, with a one hour time slot upon ordering, and easily amend deliveries or arrange free return collections by emailing us at contact@tipsycandles.co.uk

Please note that we do not accept any returns to our mailing address. We offer free return collections direct from the customers address. 

REFUNDS

If you would like a refund, then these will be given at the original price you paid. The refund will be credited in the original payment method of cash upon collecting the product direct from the customers address. We guarantee a refund of any product you are not entirely happy with, as long as it is collected within 30 days of your receipt of the item, not used, and is in a sellable condition.
